Computer Science Student & Developer
Hi, I'm Taym.
I build software, game prototypes, and creative projects. My interests include game development, web development, algorithms, and building useful tools.
About Me
I'm Taym Atrach, a dedicated student at McGill University, where I am pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Hispanic Studies withn a supplemental Computer Science minor. Previously, I specialized in Interactive Media Arts at Dawson College. Since I was young, I've harbored a profound passion for creation. My journey into the realm of video game development began in childhood, igniting a flame within me that continues to burn brightly today. My ultimate aspiration is to provide others with an escape from the rigors of reality, offering them immersive experiences that captivate their imagination and momentarily transport them to new worlds. Through my studies in computer science, I focus on the technical and creative aspects of game development, such as game engines, user interfaces, level design, gameplay mechanics and much more, all while applying my creative vision to enhance user engagement. In my creative pursuits, I strive to craft original and compelling experiences by seamlessly blending technical problem-solving with artistic storytelling. Collaboration fuels my creative process, as I relish the opportunity to work alongside fellow creatives, sharing ideas and learning from others. By embracing diverse perspectives and ideas, I continually expand my horizons, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in game development and immersive digital environments.
